To make almond milk, soak the almonds:

To make Almond Milk: Put 4 cups of fresh water and the soaked almonds into a blender. Process till smooth. Pour the mixture into a big basin or pitcher using a cheesecloth or nut milk bag; squeeze as much liquid out as you can.
To make Oat Milk, put 4 cups of water and the rolled oats into a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Squeeze to remove the liquid through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag strainer.
Taste of the milk:
Add the salt, vanilla essence, and optional maple syrup and stir. Add the tangerine juice, if using, and combine thoroughly. You can add the nutritional yeast for extra calcium and vitamin D.
